Overview

Fieldr is a custom web and mobile application developed by Software Co to streamline workforce and project management within the construction industry. Over the past year, we partnered with ALD, a leading construction firm, to build and refine Fieldr so it meets the industry’s real-world operational demands. In December 2024, the platform rolled out in closed beta — delivering exceptional results.

The Challenge

Construction runs on rosters, timesheets, and reports that are too often scattered across disconnected tools and paperwork. ALD needed a single platform to coordinate workforces and projects in real time, across multiple sites and at significant scale.

The Solution

Software Co built Fieldr on a robust, scalable, high-performance stack with real-time processing at its heart. From rostering and timesheets to work reports and project tracking, Fieldr keeps crews and managers coordinated across web and mobile — wherever the job takes them.
